Practiso (“Practiso,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how Practiso collects, uses, discloses, stores, and protects information when you use the Practiso app and related backend services.

Practiso is designed to collect only the information needed to provide archive upload, browsing, sharing, and account-related features.
We may collect the following information when you use the app:

Uploaded archives are publicly accessible. This means that archive files, archive names, owner names if provided, dimensions, preview information, likes, download counts, and related metadata may be visible to other users or anyone who can access the archive.
Do not upload archives that contain private, confidential, sensitive, or personal information unless you are comfortable with that content being publicly accessible.
Practiso is hosted using third-party cloud infrastructure. Standard server and network systems may process technical information such as request times, URLs requested, IP addresses, user agent strings, and diagnostic logs for security, debugging, abuse prevention, performance monitoring, and service reliability.
Practiso does not use this information for advertising or tracking across apps or websites.
Based on the current Practiso app and backend implementation, Practiso does not intentionally collect:

When Google Gemini is used, Practiso sends dimension names for emoji generation. Practiso does not intentionally send full uploaded archive files to Google Gemini for this feature.
We may also disclose information if required by law, legal process, or a valid governmental request, or when necessary to protect Practiso, users, or the public from harm, fraud, abuse, or security threats.
Uploaded archives are publicly accessible. Other users or visitors may be able to access, download, preview, or view metadata for uploaded archives.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the rights and permissions necessary to upload and publicly share any archive content you submit to Practiso.
We retain account information, uploaded archives, archive metadata, likes, and related records for as long as needed to provide Practiso, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and enforce our rights.
When you delete your account, Practiso attempts to delete associated client records, owner records, archive metadata, likes, and stored archive objects from the backend. Some residual information may remain for a limited time in backups, logs, caches, or records maintained by infrastructure providers, where deletion may not be immediate.
Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or information about the processing of your personal information.

privacy-related questions or data requests.
Because uploaded archives are public, deleting an archive or account from Practiso may not remove copies that others have already downloaded, cached, saved, or shared outside Practiso.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information processed by Practiso. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
You should not upload sensitive information to Practiso, especially because uploaded archives are publicly accessible.
Practiso is not intended for children under 13 years old, or the minimum age
required by applicable law in your jurisdiction. We do not knowingly collect
personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal
information to Practiso, contact us at practiso@icloud.com and we will take
appropriate steps to review and delete the information where required.
Practiso and its service providers may process and store information in countries other than your country of residence. These countries may have data protection laws that differ from those in your jurisdiction.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date or otherwise provide notice as appropriate. Continued use of Practiso after changes become effective means you accept the updated Privacy Policy.
